also, my friend told me Van Diesel has a mansion nearby so we kinda went around to look for his place but we couldnt find it. guess its hidden somewhere super secluded and we prolly pass it.

so this happened before halloween. attended the largest paint party in the US, also my first rave partay in the states wheeehehe. :P watch the aftermovie on the website and decided it's a MUST-GO! so yeah, we made our way there..almost got lost w the red-blue line el switching thingy. to begin w, we don't even know how to get there exactly! lol *toohammeredtoeventhinkaboutit* we just followed the crowd, go w the flow and yes, we arrived on time :)

dresscode for this event-> white. so before the event i shopped a lil got some readily disposed & dirt cheap apparels for the night. the night was wilddd. the crowd was caarazay. people here push w 10x the force in zoukout. it's insane. i fell down dontknowhowmanyftimes and almost lost my shoes & camera. but it was fun while it lasted. hehe. AND, my feet hurt so bad and bruises everywhere. my roomie's toe nails' polish even came off like completely. no doubt, good experience but i dont think i'd wanna pay so much to be stepped again and pushed and pulled and pushed by drunkards. ALSO, to be sprayed w paints :( i can barely see the stage w the paints splashing everywhere.

hello hello :)

it's been awhile since i last updated my blog hehe so yeah a quick update naozzz! spent my first halloween in chicago at the Congress Theatre for Freaky Deaky 3 featuring MSTRKRFT Laidback Luke & Wolfgang Gartner & Araabmuzik. everyone is dressed in all kinds of costumes, some you'd neever even thought of being and some just look exactly like the character itself o.O glad i dressed up too! :) i'd be so mad at myself if i stay home hehe.

as usual, a lil pre-drink session at home before heading out. alcohol kept me warmmmmm & 'mentally' ready to partayyy. it was a memorable night :))

took me awhile to 'paint' my eyes and the bottom eyelashes is a pain in the ass. tried to achieve the dolly look since im going as mad hatter but mmm...i look.. almost there?

Once in a blue moon, I wake up in the 'morning' to go breakfast with my family on Sunday. And that usually happens when he stays over, giving me the extra determination to wake up super early. lol.

so, Midvalley we headed. Had breakfast at Crystal Jade Express, the food is so- so.. and lunch came 2 hours after breakfast at 9. Dad was in shopping mode that day, unlucky us. We are like a bunch of lost kids wandering outside every shop he enters.

Lunch was all i'm waiting forrrrrr.... first time trying Hokkaido Ichiba. very similar to Rakuzen?

it's been almost 2 months since i came back from melb. and in about 13 days, i'm taking off again. funny how time flies when you'r having fun.. so quickly. & keeping self busy does helps to starve off cries of boredom. i was never really bored there, everyday i had something to do..like cooking for dinner and to the grocer i drag him every now & then. i had the loveliest one month in melb, finally got a taste of how it feels to be with your lover studying away from home. stay together, go grocery together..cook for each other, having to go everywhere together. well, it's a lot of commitment but we'll never have to worry losing each other.

i.hate.goodbye. but, farewell is inevitable. & life goes on..

LAST DAY IN MELB!

FINALLY... i thought.

so, i packed everything the night before i leave. as usual, the saying goodbye part hit me real hard the day before, i was a lil sad & really don't feel like leaving at all. but, life goes on and i told myself i gotta be stronggg as i'll be leaving to somewhere even further than oz in 2 months time. so we went on with our last day plan- to have a hearty breakfast along Toorak Rd., lunch & tea wf my other friends who is sending me off to the aiport, dinner & meet up with my cousin for the last time. we even went drinking knowing that i'm gonna board the flight in 3 hours time.. i smell of alcohol & smoke. lol. couldn't be bother at all. so we left about 2.3 hours before i had to check in. AND I DID NOT WILL NOT EVER THINK FOR ONE SEC, he would made me miss my flight back to KL via emirates. :O i was astonished & speechless. how SWEET, you may think. yeah. for a second i tot he's crazy tho. LOL. then, i thought..poor me bought like 4 boxes of macarons and ended up having all of them on my own. what a waste of $$$! and i packed my luggage so nicely, yes, i know i shouldn't complain at all since i'm not the one who pay for my next flight home sooo yeah, he's a sweet boy for making me stay for another week to accompany him thru finals. hope i was of help and did inspire him to study harder. :p iloveyoubaby! hehee.

Dinner_Docklands

Since Edric promise to us out for dinner on a cheaper tuesday at some pretty fine restaurant @ Docklands, we finally had it the final week before i fly home. On a regular tuesday, everything on the menu is cheaper by 50%. crazy right? haha. i think the foood was so-so. not bad but not that good either if i'm paying for the normal price. :]

woke up like super late (as usual), he brought me to Knox City for the 1st time.. so yeah we just walked around had Hungry Jacks (i so miss the spicy sauce & fries) for lunch cz we'r tooo hungry and can't wait for even a minute longer. while E was stuck in the traffic, we waited at Coffee Club had a cuppa hot tea to warm self. ~.~

I had too much of cheeseburger when i was still a kid, so i never order anything that has cheese/beef in it anymore ever since i knew how to order on my own. lol

he's a onlybeefburger person.

the thing with winter country is that it's too cold to walk outta the house so u gotta wrap up, but too hot when we enter the mall. so my shoulder constantly feels very tired when i take off the jacket.

Of Fries & Penguin!

May 21st, woke up supahhh late. life land down under is chilling, laid back & i never had to worry anything besides food! everyday i just eat play eat play sleep. & surprisingly i lose weight! i never fail to have supper every night, finish eating straight to sleep that kind of supper. :D was expecting to gain at least 3 kgs. meh. i think the more one is conscious about his/her diet, the easier you gain weight! serious. x.x for my case, i think the more i eat, the more i excrete. lol. and being nocturnal (apparently) has cause me losing weight. unhealthy lifestyle makes me binge all the time & lose unnecessary kilos. it's kinda bad actually. boobs too shrink along. HA HA HA. not forgetting my already non-existent arse. ):

boyf says this works for his breakfast all the time. indeed, took one sip and i feel like i'm drinking blended proteins. yikes!

chaddy here we come. first time trying this! the name of the restaurant veli catching.

we didn't know about the size of a regular fries so we order an extra large one & ended up wasting it.

this, my friend, is regular box of fries that came wf a set of burger. crazy! and they have a variety of sauces to choose from.

burger damn small. but the fries are good! it's like you cannot stop stuffing them into your mouth once you try one. ahhh...fatsss. :p

AT NIGHT, we explored the BEST CHOC MACARON in Melb located at Brunswick. it was indeeeeeeed the best. expensive too. a big one is $15 to dine in & $10 to take away. the diff is kinda hugee. O.O small ones are about $3? not sure. they even had an award placed in front of the macarons as to prove them.

check out the B52 Macaron! damn cool. but they were sold when we arrive.

milk chocolate.

It's chocolate macarons but NOT chocolate in color. the fillings were really the best i've tried so far. so thick, smooth & tangy. i think maybe this is why to have there is more expensive. if take away, the fillings might get hard and would not make it the best macarons already. lol. i think!

LATER ON, friends drove us to St.Kilda beach to check out penguins! they are wild & not fenced. so, anyone can try to kidnap them away if you can. hahaha

quite a distance to walk tho. he said 'just walk all the way straight only, there only!' lol. damn far. & DAMN COLDDDDD. the breeze is not helping.

Of Buttermilk Pancakes & Grocer

Its been some time ago... but i'm still gonna continue posting up my 1month stay in melb wf ma boyf ✈ so yeah, for those of you who is unawaree that i've beeeeen goneeee for 30+ days, u might wanna scroll down to check on my updates, that's if u care. HEH. don't care, go away pls.

A day out wf ma babes, stayed over their place and had dinner at home. watched spit on your grave (watchit! it's better than saw) wf tn while ml was busyyy wf her assignment.. we watched in her room ON HER BED. thats how good fwens we all are. btw, no headset on ya. hahaha. <3 to think i kind of visit melb at the wrong time, everyone was busy wf final assignments and early birds studying for exams. i was there the whole time my boyf doing his works, test, quiz, wtv related to study&stress. whichkindamakememissstudyingtoo. LOL, no shyt.

supper we had the 'awesomest' pancake @ The Pancake Parlour, which i think it's the one i frequent in brisbane last time. back then, it was open 24hrs, not sure about melb's. i think the pancake was alright, the ice cream is the boom! the sweetness melts instantly <3 ohwellls, i'm a bigger fan for waffles thus not much to say on the pancakes. :)

not veli cheap ehh for the main course. i rather have paddington at home. haha

buttermilk pancake wf iskrimm & syrup! i can haz a shortstack on my own, tho i didn't finish every tiny bit but the ice cream was satisfying.

next day, we had tea @ Jones the grocer before dinner which was in 2hrs time.

it's depressing how the sky gets dark earlier here..

Next day, we stayed home the entire day to be fully charged before we go out for dinner. met up wf loveeeeeee & tn. since me is craving for spicy hot soup so we dine @ Big Mama's, a jap-korean restaurant at swanston. after a satisfying dinnah, we headed for some mouth watering pastries @ Brunetti near lygon. i'm going carazayyyyy with the macarons. heh. specifically mango & pistachio. so..so.. nice. which reminds me instantly of how sucky is levain's & godiva which tasted like nothing but sugaaaa. x.x and colourings.

if,..IF only they weren't so expensive, $2.50 for one..

Tuesday morning, bao got a day off from class so we woke up super early liek...10ish! well, we had a plan. to visit Fitzroy Garden that is and MUST make it for breakfast at Cafe L'Incontro by 1. AND we did! mwahas. first time getting up so early & we barely sleep the night before since we'r becoming nocturnal at night and only wake up after 5. *stillkeepingupwfm'siantiming(2hrsdiff)*

so what's so great about this place? um. it has a long history of over 150 years & *mostofall* it's on the way to city from our place. wasn't much of a hassle to hop down from the tram few stop away from the city at all! as we thought. but..very unfortunately, we missed the stop and ended up walking from 4-5 blocks away instead. sorry feet. :(

so, we just jalan-jalan sambil looking for a nice warm breakfast place. took lotsa pics but NOT posting all up. haha. so don't complain.

made breakfast. headed to Chadstone to shop! haha. and to pick up my present from bao. :)

after lunch at some sucky chinese restaurant, we left to city to meet up wf my cousin.

catchup over a cuppa hot choc & churros @ San Churro. after that, we proceeded to The Workshop for some local beer treats. ~.~ loveeee the bars here. so cozy and (donotconvert) 8bucks for a shot sounds perfectly fine. & beer is cheaper than water. (welltheysay) which i think it's too much! haha.

well, the night ended with us missing the last tram to home which stopped right in front of our place. lol. so we had to take a cab home instead and guess how much.. 50bucks! times3omg150rm O.O

haha. if don't convert, 50 is still alot ohhkay!

second Friday here was Mr. Moo's 20th bday. he had it celebrated @ VII and i call it the 'maison no.2' hahaha. this is my second time here since last year. the club was under renovation thus it is sooooo muchh smaller now. But, the crowd remains. i see alot of people and i don't see why.

on the 10th of last month, we had our 9monthsary together. (: feels like a year, (almost) already! and this is my second week here. haven't been going out much since we spent most of the time at home being a couch potatoes and my cooking adventure is back on the play! been cooking almost everyday when he's off to uni. i enjoy cooking so it was fun to me. if only there's an oven at his place, i'd be baking day & night to kill time. too bad. ):

earlier, we went coles to stock up and fresh beef here we come! since i've never make him any sort of western food, so i decided to make something typical & decent like what every couple do when they celebrate at home. ^.^

bought used-to-be my fav cookies! oh how much i've mss you! ~.~

ta-dah! rump steak wf steamed broccoli & super creamy mashed potatoes.

took me forever to cook the steak since there's no oven in his place.. only pan!

bao got a box of indomee from a asian grocer next to woolies. crazy him.

see what we found the next morning. it was so cold the evo downstairs was dusted with ice.

say hello to weekend #1 in Melb. so i asked to go Chadstone today.. also known colloquially as Chaddy as i've been told. largest shopping centre in the country. must check out! :)

they have almost everything there..super branded, branded and the not so branded. whee.

had lunch at Wagamama, a jap restaurant in the middle of nowhere in the center. then, catch a movie- Fast5 before we head home.

two Fridays ago,

we headed city for dinner, shisha & hot chocolate. cheers to the beginning of a weekend! as usual, woke up supahh late as boyf left to uni and coming home only after 5. so i will TRY to sleep until he comes home so i won't have to be alone and do nothing at home. made lunch when i got up. :)

imma make a good housewife yo. everyday wake up-cook-wash-shower-cook-wash-sleep. except times when we go out! like now. :D

mind the sticky pad on my fringe. it's useful. (:

ALOHA! my fellow readers. (:

time to update Day2 before i become lazy and leave it until idontknowhen. and since im so friggin free nowadays! heh. bao left to uni leaving me alone at home daydream wf whatever i could find. it's getting colder here. gotta layer upp yo. we just got ourselves a new quilt that can fit us both and maybe one more person. lol. freezing at night. bought 2 flurry socks for the colddd feet. bao put them on for me everyday before i sleep. hehe. he's sucha sweetie isn't it. :P

spent the day exploring around his place and bought some necessities like hair dryer and iron for ME & him. also, some other stuff to make his room a better place to live in. (: not forgetting to stock up some food since i'm moving in for a good one month. big eater like me cannot stop chewing in weather like this. x.x

my hair is a mess. dry and fluffy. TANGLED. i need to kinda comb them and bun them instead of the normal routine back home which is to dry them after shower ONLY.

stayed over the best fren house on the first day in Melbourne. hehe. was so damn xciteddd to see them and talk so much we ended up sleeping at 5?am. lol. woke up later in the afternoon, headed coles for some grocery shopping to make cupcakes for boyf's surprise at night. (:

surprise went smoothly with the help of our mutual close friends. i cover his eyes from the back when he was about to make a wish in the dark with 2 cupcakee lighted. he heard my laugh and he was beyond speechless afterwards. BOO! :D well, it was a lil awkward at first & he thought he was dreaming.. lol. he took quite awhile to refresh himself while i quickly settle my bigass luggage into his room and moving on to supper at Monga in Boxhill. (=

made extras..the choc chips melt instantly on the 1st bite. heaven! :D

the sausages was damn good. chicken soup yum yum.

pan fried dumplings from Taste Dumplings opposite his place. best i ever had!!

sadly, we had the worst fish ball noodle soup in the same restaurant too.

on the next day, we had a lil surprise dinner for him with all his good fwens invited secretly. talk about punctuality, everybody was right on time except the few of us who came in one car. haha. had a delectable dinner at Meat & Wine Co. a steakhouse by the river and nice views. the portions were pretty generous and the steak was served rather simple but it tasted good tho. :)

attended the first HA in KL and tagged along my bestie. (: had a good night with the bloggers. also, my first time stepping into Opera. mm it was ridiculously hot inside, everyone was soaking in sweat and i even had my hair tied up cz it's really really really...HOT! but overall, the party was pretty okay if you ignore the hotness. lol.

left early to phuture to join the lovelies. spent the last weekend partying hard in KL before i board the plane to see my love. t'was awesome.

just a short update. last month, attended the Cleo 50 most Eligible Bachelors event at OU right in front of Kitschen wf Sha. sorry to spill, actually it wasn't the event that we went for, we went to mainly collect 100rm voucher from Kitschen. haha. well, thanks to ma lovelie she wanted to cheer me up so she tagged me along so we could have a lil make over organised by cleo but somehow we ended up being seated at the event. we'r interviewed and asked to be part of the speed date thingy too. x.x

the dresscode of the dinner was corsets for the ladies & black shirt for the dudes. easy for the guys so that no1 is gonna break the rules. lol. earlier, we had our finals, also the last day of exam for most of us before sem break begin and move on to summer sem! well good news to myself, no more classes until i transfer in Fall! woots. :D at the moment, i'm just waiting for uni replies. got one to U of Buffalo but ..um. still indecisive.

Good Day Mate! :) FINALLY!

i'm back to the same place on the same day of last year. but this time, i'll be staying for a month! and oh hello..burnt toast and over defrosted beef since i'll be cooking often from now on. haha. SO, after 2months & 5days not having my baobei being right next to me, i'm finally back into his sight. whee. :D

this was planned about 2 months ago.

surprised my bao at 12 on his bday, he was.. speechless? and shocked i guess cz we've been fighting for days. bet he wishes i was there.. and *poof!* i am. hahaha. i mishhh his silly boy!! i hope this is by far his best bday spent away from home, also the best present he has ever gotten for the past 20 years. lols.

let's face it. sustaining a ldr ain't easy, just as i thought trust is everything & we have no problem with that, there are so many other trivial matters that could be part of triggering something huge and when it happens, distance is THE excuse to run away. people change, opinions shift, tastes evolve & looks become altered. happy that we didn't ended up for real in 'i dont know you anymore..' etc as we both move towards diff direction. well, glad that we have made it thru (onceagain) and together we had a memorable 9MONTHS!! haha. no one would ever thought we could last so long. :p as we're apart and will be further apart in the near future when i leave to the states.

lastly, am truly grateful to my parents for letting me coming back again to the place i have once abandoned since it wasn't the future location for me. guess its fated that i'm somehow attached to the land down under no matter how hard i try to avoid. :p

for now, i just know ur the one that i want & needddd. love you bao, always will. :*

dinnah wf da famz @ Saisaki on one fine Sunday few weeks ago. from what i rmb, it used to be one the best jap buffet in town but the standard has dropped so muchhh! major disappointment, srsly. ): their maki sucks andd the sashimi is farrrrrr from 'fresh'. *greenface* x.x

just woke up from a good nap FACE. :p

presenting to you my first experience at JW Black Circuit Lounge in KL! the ultimate V-VIP race party was held at the Palace of Golden Horses on the 9ht of April. I was lost for a good one hour since i have never been to mines area on my own. >.< well, thank god i managed to find my way back and quickly calm myself back into party mood. lol. It was bold, black & stylish as expected. In fact, i think the settings kinda resembles zoukout esp the white balloons! the party was a blast beside the fact that it was mad hot inside, damn stuffy like no ventilation. ): left the party early to the after party at Rootz.

overall, i had a pretty good night with the bloggers & my friends . (:
